It’s been a while since I baked and I didn’t like it one bit, so I made cupcakes. Little cupcakes. I wasn’t sure if I liked them at first, I used unsweetened chocolate instead of bittersweet chocolate as the recipe called for. However, I was told that they were enjoyable and even had people asking for seconds. I originally served these sans frosting, but then topped these off with vanilla and Junior Mints after suggestion from my mother. She’s a clever lady.
