For Christmas I also made a million peanut butter balls. I’m still playing with the recipe and this time I actually wrote down what I was doing but they ended up being a little soft. Still yummy, but not quite right. I used my tiny scooper which was the perfect size and really sped things up.
By the way… I’m back from vacation! I had a simply glorious time out in sunny California and will upload pictures soon (actually… No, really, I won’t post them 2 weeks late, I promise).
