Pizza night with Brittany (and Malkmus).
Hey internet… have you met my roommate Brittany? I’m sure I’ve mentioned her before, she’s fantastic. We’ve been living together for just over 2 years and we hardly ever make food together. Recently I proposed we do something about that so we made a date for making pizza. Brittany JUST got an apron in the mail earlier that day (perfect timing, right?), and it’s super cute.
We used dough from Whole Foods (which I remembered to defrost) and topped it with pizza fixins. We transferred it to the pizza stone with such ease and it baked perfectly (no soft dough), I was very proud of us.
