I was so frustrated with the black and white cookies, even though they tasted fine, especially after being in the fridge. They just weren’t anything I wanted to share with a lot of people as a representation of my baking. I decided to bake something easier and that I know I love, and I would bring it into work the next morning. I went to my go-to oatmeal cookie recipe, which is also a favorite at work.

I have four baking pans, two of one kine and two of another kind, and they really bake things differently. I’m not sure which one I like more.

They made me very happy and were so delicious.
